Settings

Configure how Aggreg8 organizes and displays your portfolio data.

Pipeline Categories

Categories let you group pipelines from different portals for aggregated reporting. For example, create a "Sales" category and assign each portal's main sales pipeline to it.

Creating a Category

Go to Settings → Categories and click Add Category. Give it a name and optional description.

Mapping Pipelines

After creating a category, assign pipelines to it. Each portal's pipelines are listed — check the ones that belong to this category. A pipeline can only belong to one category at a time.

Using Categories in Reports

Once configured, the category filter appears in the global controls bar. Select a category to filter all reports to only show data from pipelines in that category.

Lifecycle Stage Mappings

Different HubSpot portals may use different lifecycle stage names. Aggreg8 normalizes them into a standard 4-stage funnel for cross-portal comparison:

MQLSQLOpportunityCustomer

How Mappings Work

Go to Settings → Lifecycle Stages. Each connected portal shows its HubSpot lifecycle stages. For each stage, select which funnel stage it maps to (MQL, SQL, Opportunity, or Customer).

Default Mappings

When a portal is first connected, Aggreg8 automatically seeds common mappings:

  • Marketing Qualified Lead → MQL
  • Sales Qualified Lead → SQL
  • Opportunity → Opportunity
  • Customer → Customer

Mappings are configured per portal, so each portal can have different stage names mapped to the same funnel.
