1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Aggreg8 ("the Service"), operated by Aptitude 8 ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Aggreg8 is a cross-portal HubSpot reporting platform that allows users to connect multiple HubSpot portals and view unified reporting dashboards. The Service accesses HubSpot data in read-only mode via the HubSpot API and does not modify any data in your HubSpot portals.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as needed.

4. HubSpot Authorization

The Service requires OAuth authorization to access your HubSpot portal data. By connecting a HubSpot portal, you represent that you have the authority to grant this access. You may revoke this access at any time by disconnecting the portal within Aggreg8 or by revoking the app's access from your HubSpot account settings.

5. Subscription & Pricing

Aggreg8 offers a free trial period. Following the trial, continued use of the Service requires a paid subscription at $1,000 per month. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice. Details are available on our Pricing page.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to collect, store, or process data in violation of any privacy laws
• Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized users to access the Service through your account

7. Data & Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the data in your HubSpot portals. The Service does not claim any ownership of your data. All intellectual property rights in the Service, including its design, code, and documentation, remain the property of Aptitude 8.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aptitude 8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription and stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
